Spices I Have Known: White pepper: I have no use. Tastes like horse hair. Allspice: When you need to make something taste like bad Chinese food. Whole Cloves: We keep these for the Goth kids to Smoke. Dill Seed: I have experimented with these instead of Dill Weed for Tuna Salad. But the weed is way better than the seed. Perhaps If I ground them up?
