I think he is in the basement by that window right as you come down the steps. He does look young.
He's too young to be at his house, I think he's in the basement of the Nunnery Lane house.
Between Dawn and Amy you two have got it. Dad said he is about 19 or 20 and is in the basement at Nunnery Lane.
